Our 100% pure essential oil blend of Peppermint, wintergreen, lavender, and 5 others combine in this fusion for muscles and massage. Topical warming & cooling – clear head & thinking – sports massage.

Blend Type: Muscle

Blend Contains: Peppermint, Wintergreen, Basil, Lavender, Clary Sage, Marjoram,  Roman Camomile, Helichrysum

Main Properties: Sore Muscles, Warming, Cooling, Clear Thinking The fire is caused by marjoram and wintergreen, which have warming effects. The ice is from peppermint, which has a cooling effect. This, along with soothing, is a blend we suggest for inclusion in the travel bag of sports teams.

At the Office:

Can be used on pinpoint sore areas that you are massaging, could also layer on top a wet warm washcloth for deeper penetration.

At Home:

1. Dilute with a base oil. Apply to temples and back of the neck, then breathe deeply to increase clarity and peace.

2. Dilute in massage oil and rub into sore muscles.
